1) Basic Introduction
Online room reservation is based on
Internet Hotel Room Reservation service. All the activities should observe
national relevant law. We promise to keep all your information secret.
2) Reservation
When you book your room, please
indicate room type, number, date, time, name, special needs, correct email
address, phone number or fax number. Keeping time for reservation is 18:00
everyday, notice us if you exceed this time.
All room rate (except hotel members
and agreement discount) enjoys the front desk's marketing discount. All fees
should be paid while registering.
3) Confirmation
When you submit the reservation form,
we will reply promptly to confirm that in 24 hours by email or phone call. If
accepted, we will confirm the room rate and the retaining time as well. Room
reservation before 3 days is deemed to emergency reservation. In general cases,
if you book room ahead of 5 days, we will confirm that in at least 24 hours.
4) Sign In
After you finish the reservation, the
only thing you need to do is to come to our hotel to sign in. Do remember to
bring your ID card or passport with you and come here according to the reserved
date. Our hotel takes the register procedure every 12:00 at noon. If you arrive
at other time, e.g., you come here in the morning, we'd see if you could
register ahead of time according to our housing rate.
5) Unexpected Factors
If you have to make some changes of
your reservation due to unexpected factors (such as flight /train late or
cancel), please notify us as early as possible (86-579-2056333), we will revise
correspondingly.
6) Check-out
Check-out time is before 12:00 at
noon. If you check out during 12:00 to 18:00, you will be charged a half room
rate; after 18:00pm, you will be charged a full room rate.
7) Chang or Cancel Reservation
When your reservation is confirmed,
you can cancel it at any time during the remaining deadline without pay. But if
your reservation exceeds the deadline, we have the right to cancel it. After
paying the bill, if you want to cancel booking, or reduce living time, or stay
less time than you reserved, please notify us ahead of 48 hours. Otherwise, we
have the right to charge the whole room rate. If you are confirmed as emergency
reservation, we have the right to receive the whole room rate if you make any
change or cancel. Please notice these.
8) Fur-Stay
If you want to stay more nights,
please follow fur-stay procedure at the reception desk.
9) Violate Treaty Responsibility
The hotel doesn't undertake any
violate treaty responsibilities. Any mistakes due to wrong information guest
provided should be undertaken by oneself.
10) Consult and Complain
Please dial the hot-line (
86-579-2056128) if you want to consult or complain anything.
11) Others
Children under 12 years old staying
with their parents needn't be charged.
