1.       If the number of people who attends the meeting is 10-100, need to order in three days ahead of time（VIP reception must be confirmed in one week ahead of time）,earnest money must be defrayed in one day ahead of time, It is 50% of the expenses of the whole administrative matters concerning a meeting to pay earnest money , the left fund is closed that day after the meeting

2.       If the number of people who attends the meeting is 100-400, need to order in one week ahead of time, earnest money must be defrayed in three days ahead of time, It is 50% of the expenses of the whole administrative matters concerning a meeting to pay earnest money , the left fund is closed that day after the meeting.

3.       If above-mentioned clause is canceled after confirming, need to pay for earnest money it’s 80% of the expenses of whole meeting.

4.       Notice about booking dinner in meeting:

A） If the number of people who attends the meeting is 10-100, need to order in three days ahead of time，and confirming in one day ahead of time, defray earnest money it’s 20% of all expenses in dinner.

B） If the number of people who attends the meeting is 100-400, need to order in one week ahead of time, and confirming in three days ahead of time, defray earnest money it’s 20% of all expenses in dinner.

C） If the quantity of dinner is less than booking after confirming, need to pay for 50% of the expenses reduced.

D）Refuse food by yourself, if bring，you must sign agreement about bringing food by yourself with us, and you will defray proper service charge,50yuan/desk..if charge according to each bottle: top-grade wine is 30yuan/bottle,soft drink is 5yuan/bottle.
